Strength / Skill

1) Every minute for 8minutes, perform:

  • 3 Overhead Squats at 50% of 1RM – Pause for 3 seconds at the bottom of each┬árepetition

Conditioning

2) 10 minute AMRAP of:

  • 5 Power Cleans 65kg / 45kg
  • 10 Toes to Bar
  • 15 Wall Ball Shots 20lbs/14lbs
