1) Work to 1RM Deadlift (Bar to start below knees) – 15min
2) Every minute on the minute for 10minutes, perform:
- 5 Hang Squat Cleans (60% + of 1RM)
Conditioning
3) In 7min, in teams of 2, complete as many rounds of:
- 5 Hand Release Burpees
- 5 Box Jumps
