Strength / Skill

1) Work to 1RM Deadlift (Bar to start below knees) – 15min

2) Every minute on the minute for 10minutes, perform:

  • 5 Hang Squat Cleans (60% + of 1RM)

Conditioning

3) In 7min, in teams of 2, complete as many rounds of:

  • 5 Hand Release Burpees
  • 5 Box Jumps
