Ingredients:
1 Tin of butter beans
1/4 cup tahini
1 clove garlic
Solid dose of salt (add more to taste)
1-2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Brine from butter beans
Method:
Pretty easy. Throw everything except for the brine into a blender, food processor or Nutribullet.
Blitz until smooth and thick.
Add brine slowly, blending until desired consistency is reached.
And done! Put in a jar to store in the fridge, and use within two weeks.
