CrossFit Open Workout 13.3

In 12minutes, complete as many rounds of:

  • 150 Wall Ball Shots 20/14lbs
  • 90 Double Unders
  • 30 Muscle Ups

* Special Tiebreak method will be used. At the completion of each set of movements (end of wall balls, end of double unders and end of muscle ups) the time will be taken to separate the field.
